Final photos of Stew

Pictures of my stitched and printed wallpaper at Stew gallery, norwich.

My initial intention of a roomscape wallpaper, which is viewed from afar.

My second wallpaper, screenprinted (with pearlbinder), painted flowers and stitched. Having a backwards/ forwards either way effect.

The description of me as a designer and my work.

My frame (which was made and designed like a draw). This idea came from me visiting Glenham hall, where old items were left in draws from years ago.

Incorprating the language of flowers were all flowers have meanings. These flowers were pressed by myself.

A close up of the collaged flowers which had added detail of stitch I applied.

Preparation for Stew Gallery Wallpaper

Some pictures of experimenting and composition for Wallpaper.

My two chosen wallpapers to exhibit, both screenprinted.

Wallpaper number 1.

Wallpaper number 2 (the detail is not seen/focused properly, but this is printed using pearl binder and I like the effect of it shimmering and not being able to see it at certain angles).

Starting composition of flowers.

Placed onto my wallpaper background.

Showing smaller detail of stitch.
